Manage files

Worklenz supports two ways to upload and manage files within your projects:

• Project files - Upload files directly to a project without linking them to a specific task. Ideal for project-level documents, references, and shared resources.
• Task attached files - Attach files directly to individual tasks. All task attachments are also visible in the project Files tab for quick access.

Supported file types

Both project files and task attachments support the following file types:

• Images (jpg, png, gif, etc.)
• Documents (pdf, docx, xlsx, etc.)
• Archives (zip, rar, etc.)

Maximum file size: 100 MB per file.
